-- Dear Osmose partners,
This email is especially targeted to the Osmose partners that manifested
their interest in the WP2 system management framework while preparing the
Osmose FPP and others that want to join.
The first set of tasks in this working group should be the following:
- Establish the cluster of partners, and for each partner, the nature of
the contribution and their efforts (man*year)
- Scope (Domain) analysis of the working group (system management scope is
very heterogeneous and implies a wide spread of ambits within software
area)
Define TOC of the working document
- Define the work plan of the working group for the 3 following months
- Review system management state of the art (in several technologies)
- Requirements elicitation and requirements template definition for the
system management framework (draft version)
To be completed at 28th Nov. according to OSMOSE project action
points.
Several inputs will proceed from WP3 and WP4 requirements
To start the discussion, we ask that interested persons:
- By End of September
- Subscribe to the mailing list
(http://www.objectweb.org/wws/lists/objectweb/working_groups)

This will constitute the entries for the scope analysis of the WG
(please prefix your email subject with the [SystemManagement] tag)
- Tell us in a few words via the mailing list what you intend to provide
for the system management framework
This will constitute the entries for the workplan of the working group
