Monolog 1.7

Hi,

A new release of Monolog has been done. This 1.7 version is availlable
on the forge downbload area at 
http://forge.objectweb.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=41
This version provides a fractal component (MonologFactory). The
performance of the log4j wrapper has been highly improved.
