Monolog release

Hi,

The 1.7.2 Monolog release is availlable. The JDK wwrapper has been
improve on several points (printing, context location, ...). The
documentation and the example have been improved too. Now Monolog is
distributed like other Objectweb product. The release contains the
documentation and examples.

Note: The web site is going to be updated. The script to update the site
has to be change by the webmaster (thanks mathieu ;-) ).
