Please find attached the first version of the system management 
framework model proposal.

This model has been designed by the System management Working Group, so 
you can send any comments to the system management list at 
system-management@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Fractal people: please comment in particular on how this model could be 
integrated with Fractal.

Anyone: feel free to provide inputs. Comments and suggestions are very 
welcome.
