If I understand well, this model is intentionally very similar to JMX 
and, as said in section 6, the concepts have been chosen to be easily 
mappable to the JMX concepts. Since JMX itself can be integrated with 
Fractal easily (see Fractal JMX), I think the SM framewok can easily 
be integrated with Fractal.

for the Log management model (section 3.3.5), why haven't you used the 
Monolog model/APIs?
