License and Projects information for Enhydra Shark

Hi,
 
I have some querries regarding usage of Enhydra Shark. I would kindly 
request if somebody can answer the same.
 
1.  Can I use Enhydra Shark for product development and distribute 
Commercially free? If not, what is the commecial fee structure for the 
same? Also, can still use the Enhydra Shark for development even if it is 
used for development of comercial product? Also please let me know if 
the support for the Enhydra Shark is paid/unpaid?
 
2. Also I would like to know the commercial projects/case studies 
sucessfully completed using enhydra shark? Any link would quite appreciated
