ObjectWebCon'05 Bof minutes - Meet the college of architects

Hi all,

Here are some notes about the ObjectWebCon'05 BOF where attendees could 
meet with college of architect members. About 20 people attended the BOF 
including the college members.
The ObjectWeb project lifecycle 
(https://forge.objectweb.org/register/ObjectWeb-project-lifecycle-v0.3.pdf) 
has been presented is discussed. The main discussions targeted new 
project submissions, their scope and how to maintain a coherent code 
base in ObjectWeb.
We had an extensive thread on open source licenses and their implication.

One of the outcome of the BOF was that the force of ObjectWeb lies in 
its ability to create a community and get developers of various projects 
to exchange and share their expertise. Therefore, the quarterly 
architecture meetings has be pointed out as a good mean to foster the 
expansion of the community.
