all lists are in English.
Just to give a bit of context to all list readers, you chose Sync4j to 
integrate in a platform you're working on, and are willing to contribute 
back some code, in order to enrich Sync4j and make sure that your platform 
remain compliant with future versions of Sync4j. This is a very sound 
approach, and definitely one that matches the open-source spirit and modus 
operandi.
Sync4j, as all projects, is lead by one or several project leaders that 
take technical decisions. The college of architects also oversees the 
evolution of ObjectWeb's code base at large.
You may find who the project leader(s) is/are on Sync4j's Forge.
