I think it is not possible because monolog permits to load several
configuration files, and Monolog does not register the name of the
configuration files used. But by default if no configuration file is
specified, Monolog loads the 'monolog.properties' file from the
classpath or from the file system.

We are developping a JMXHandler which permits to convert log event to
JMX event/notification. Maybe it interets you because you already have a
JMX server. This handler should be available in 1 or 2 week.
Another simple solution could be to develop an Handler which does
exactly the job that you want. I think it is very simple, if you have
time. I can help you a bit, for the monolog support at least, if you
want to develop it.
