We are developping a JMXHandler which permits to convert log event to JMX event/notification. Maybe it interets you because you already have a JMX server. This handler should be available in 1 or 2 week. Another simple solution could be to develop an Handler which does exactly the job that you want. I think it is very simple, if you have time. I can help you a bit, for the monolog support at least, if you want to develop it.
