ObjectWeb Architecture Meeting - Agenda for June 21-22 - NEW Corporate Member and NEW Business Intelligence project

Dear All,

We are very pleased to announce a new corporate member Engineering from Italy joining ObjectWeb and bringing in fresh projects centered around "Open-source Java development with Spago and Business Intelligence with SpagoBI”.
Speaker: Gabriele Ruffatti and his team will present the different aspects of the 2 Spago projects.
Abstract: Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, the first system integrator in Italy considers contributing 2 of its existing projects to the consortium’s code base:
•     Spago, a Java Enterprise Framework for the development of web and multichannel applications in enterprise environments and new Open Source Solutions,
•     SpagoBI, an infrastructure solution for building Business Intelligence systems using the most interesting existing Free Open Source Solutions and new software components, all integrated by means of Spago Framework.
Their participation goals are to:
- Establish a closer contact between Engineering and Objectweb following their recent membership
- Discuss in details with community especially the College of Architects about inclusion Spago and SpagoBI projects in OW Forge
- Share the vision about Open Source strategy and perspectives including collaboration efforts between Engineering and Objectweb.
