Re: [architecture] Publishing artifacts to Maven repository

Rafael,
Xavier will be happy to elaborate a process proposal with you on this.
Maybe there is even a way to provide automated tools to project leads.
Thanks,
Christophe

I'm co-leading the ObjectWeb Petals project, and I wonder to know what
kind of policy will be used to publish ObjectWeb projects artifacts on a maven repository. We're currently using Maven to administer our project,
but most OW components should be deployed into Subversion with the
source code. Not so good...

I want be able to publish those libraries at ObjectWeb Maven repository
with all consent. More specific, we want to see Fractal libraries over
there. So, what is the policy for publishing OW components? At least,
project admins must provide MD5 checksum for their downloadable libs.
So, it could be easily published under other repository with guarantee
it's from its provider.

For those people who don't know, OW Maven repository is synchronized
with Ibiblio repository. As a result, it's widely available to use with
maven.

Looking forward on your feedback.
