Now, the answer :
You said that you configured your MySQL and created the table.

The problem is that the error is :

JonasAccountImpl_408171955Bean.ejbFindAllAccounts : Failed to find beans from 
database in ejbFindAllAccounts
java.sql.SQLException: Table not foung in statement [select accno_ from 
accountsample_]
              at org.hsqldb.jdbc.Util.throwError (Unknown Source)
              .......

(also, please send full stack).

So, this means that you are connecting to the embedded HSQL database and not 
to your MySQL database.

Check the dbm properties in jonas.properties file.
