Why Sync4j DS Server and Sync4j DM Server has many same package name and class name?

Dear All:
  Why Sync4j DS Server and Sync4j DM Server has many same package name and class name?
The can be very hard to maintain code.

For example Sync4j DS Server has the class sync4j\server\session\SyncSessionHandler
Sync4j DM Server has the class sync4j\server\session\SyncSessionHandler

They has the same class but different implements.
