Contact Sync Interface

The main purpose of Contact Sync Interface is to integrate the Contact Information between Siebel and Oracle systems. Siebel will publish the Contact Information to the Enterprise Application Integration (webMethods 6.5) (EAI) via Trading Networks. EAI will then allow Target system Oracle to subscribe to Contact Information for use in their systems. 

This interface addresses the following requirements:

·         Ability to establish communication between Siebel and Oracle.

·         Siebel sends the data to webMethods as XML via Trading Networks.

Role:

·         Involved in the requirement gathering sessions with the customers.

·         Understand High-level business flow diagrams and data flow diagram

·         Responsible for configuring the Trading Networks.

·         Responsible for the creation of Adapter Services, Trigger and Documents.

Customer Master Interface

The main purpose of Customer Master Interface is to integrate the Customer details between Oracle and Mainframe systems. This project will publish GE Healthcare Oracle Customer Master data to the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). EAI will then allow Target systems (Legacy – Mainframe) to subscribe to Customer Master data for use in their systems.  The Interface has been developed to publish a Canonical model for the Oracle Customer Master. The Canonical publish contains all the required data of the Oracle Customer Master. Legacy system can achieve the oracle customer data by subscribing to the canonical.

This interface addresses the following requirements:

FEDEX Interface is a custom interface developed to integrate Shipping activity performed on FEDEX machine with Oracle shipping.

·         Ability to extract details of a Delivery (Shipment) from Oracle, based on scanning of barcode on the Pick Slip report or by manual entry.

·         Ability to default Service Levels of the shipments, based on various shipping methods.
