Conrad,

I'm seeing a different behaviour in respect to this - am using Celtix
M2A and find that I need to add %CATALINA_HOME%\server\lib\catalina.jar
to the classpath in order to get a server to run; setting catalina.home
seems to have no effect!

the -Dcatalina.home... is missing here.  This is needed to run the
server at present (I plan on fixing this real soon now).  Only the
client can be run without it.
