Is your ftp transport going to be a contribution to celtix code base.
Or it's your own implementation outside of celtix code base.

I mean if it's a contribution that's a good idea to use __http://celtix.objectweb.org/transports/ftpfile_ _Otherwise i think you should use __http://www.atkinsglobal.com/inform/celtix/bus/transport/ftpfile_
