Well, maybe http://sourceforge.net/projects/roller/ would be a good solution 
if
we can make it run under JOnAS.

I will take a look at the source, and maybe lofi could help us too if he plans
to integrate it in his platform ?
Now, the question is : "is there peoples motivated to write for the blog ? " 
;)
The microsoft system with names, pictures and all is a good idea i think.
It could help creating a more strong community.
