Enhydra: Enhydra Director - apxs?

Hello,

I try to install Enhydra Director with Apache web server, but I have a small
problem. Try to run ./configure from apache directory but I can't identify
"apxs". What means "apxs"?.

Enhydra 3.0.1           /opt/enhydra
OS Linux Rh 6.2

What is it APXS?
