Enhydra: compile LUTRIS_ENHYDRA_3_0_2/3A2 with JDK1.3

If you got enhydra3.0.2 or later from CVS and compiled it under Linux with 
SUN's JDK1.3RC1 or earlier the resulting jar, i.e. classes, file will crash 
the JVM.  This happens because of the different compile behavior of 1.3.
Compiling with 1.2.2 and running under 1.3 should be fine, at least the way I 
use it :-).
Anyway to allow a compile and run under 1.3, just run the attached little 
scripts from the enhydra root dir. 
chg -> changes all the necessary Java/Makefiles
bck -> backs out all changes
