i18n of Enhydra apps

Hi,

what are the choices when one needs to translate a proven DiscRack based
application from English to other languages? Apart from manually
synchronizing HTML pages in different languages. Is there something more
automatic? Something that would allow keeping one HTML skeleton and just
different language packs of texts for the skeleton?
