Hi !

I am very happy to announce that today 2004-01-31 at 8:30PM (GMT +1) the

Enhydra Java/XML Application Server 5.1-6 (www.enhydra.org)

including all demo applications was for the first time running on a
MICROSFT X-BOX game console (which is in fact a special Intel-PC !).

OS: Debian GNU/Linux (Xebian 1.0.0 for the X-BOX)
JDK: Sun JDK 1.4.2_03

Installation was done without any hardware modification of the X-BOX.

I think this HW/SW combination is a new world record in cost/performance
calculation for Java application servers with a total cost of USD 200
and a really nice performance !
