Hi !
First of all, your application does NOT have to be
GPL, there is a huge difference between GPL and LGPL.
You can "link" your code with an LGPL application
and use any lic you want for your own code as long
as you make sure you let your customers know that
you use an LGPL "library" and tell them where they
can get updates and find the source code for the
LGPL "library".
In the case of enhydra it is tricky to say what you
mean with "linking" though.
The GPL license is not involved in this in any way,
that is a completley different license.
Note: At least this is how I interpret the LGPL
license, correct me if I am wrong.
