Hi,

Did you use org.enhydra.xml.xmlc.taskdef.Xmlc ant task from
xmlc-taskdef.jar. If you use this ant task, html files will be compiled only
if they were changed. Maybe your ant targets copy(override) html files
somewhere, so ant task compile html pages every time.
