Hi,

We tested DODS with MySQL 3.23 on Windows with

MySQL Connector/J 3.0.11-stable driver.

Enhydra Shark works on this environment using DODS 5.1-9.

So, could you debug which SQL statement
(query:com.lutris.dods.builder.generator.query.QueryBuilder.executeQuery)
was sent to database (using p6spy or....)

More information will be useful.
