First (an answer):
* in SharkAPI module there is org.enhydra.shark.api.client.wfservice
  package. It gets archived into output/Shark/lib/sharkclientapi.jar

* after building from idl files, in SharkCORBA/API/src there is package
  WorkflowService. 
  This one gets into output/Shark/lib/sharkcorbaclientapi.jar

Second (a request):
please use shark@xxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list for Shark related questions,
also you may find usable its (http://www.objectweb.org/wws/arc/shark)
archive.
