Needed deployment jars (DODS Newbie)

I am trying to compile and deploy a DODS based application to TOMCAT.

What jar files do I need to use to:

a) Compile the application to avoid package xxx does not exist where xxx are 
the folowing libraries:

org.enhydra.dods.DODS;
com.lutris.dods.builder.generator.query.*;
com.lutris.appserver.server.sql.*;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.LRUCache;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.DataStructCache;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.QueryCache;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.QueryCacheItem;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.QueryResult;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.DataStructShell;
org.enhydra.dods.cache.DOShell;
 

b) Which jar files need to be deployed to the common/lib directory and which 
are needed under the web application directories.
