Hi,

We are uploading Kelp 5.1-15 on ObjectWeb... Some plugins contain dods and
xmlc jars, so we deliver new kelp release with updated dods and xmlc jars -
compatible with Enhydra 5.1-15.

How about Kelp? Is the previous version of Kelp (5.1-9) OK to use with
this Enhydra 5.1-15 or do we wait for new Kelp release? I can see
release notes for Kelp 5.1-15 but not the actual files.
