Hi,

Problem is in collision between Enhydra JNDI SPI implementations (for conf
and web.xml configuration files) and JOnAS-Carol service
registration/initialization. This is not simple configuration problem - has
to be resolved through implementation adaptations.

The parameters, placed in 'carol.properties', are there with pourpose to
integrate our (Enhydra) implementation of JNDI SPI which, obviously, isn't
compatible with latest JOnAS releases (JOnAS Release Build 4.1.4 and JOnAS
Milestone Build 4.2.2).
