zeus debian package

Hi,

I am just planning to package zeus to Debian. So first I ask your
permission to do that. Second, some of Java packages using zeus 3.5b,
but there have some of serious problem when handling Chinese and some
special characters. However, I saw a improving version made by
timh@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and some others. Would you have some plan to include
these patches to the new release?
