how to use octopus

I downloaded Octopus 3.0 and now 3.2.  I haven't been able to figure out how 
to use this "simple" ETL tool and the documentation is, IMHO, poor.  I've 
tried to Google for help, but all I find is other people asking for help.

For my test, I want to ETL from MS SQL Server 7 to Oracle 9i.  I want to 
move the Northwind database to the "ted" schema on Oracle.

This is all done on a single Windows XP box. Some of the Northwind tables 
have spaces in the names like "Order Details".  I've tried with and without 
those tables in the table list, but I always get the same error.  The error 
messages are very terse and not much help.

Can you suggest a web site or book or something for help.  Is there a 
tutorial somewhere.  I really think this "simple" claim was made by someone 
who developed the application and knew it intimately. It is NOT simple to 
learn.
