Hi,

Maybe this is the core of the problem (both problems)!

Can you, please, explain to me what is the reason for calling
'Enhydra.getSessionManager().shutdown()' from PO object?
'Application.shutdown()' method will call 'SessionManager.shutdown()' so I'm
not clear about this!

I too have problem with finding out how the users are crashing the
Enhydra but they do it and they do it way too often.

I decided to patch Enhydra directly (as you must have seen the patch I
submitted to the mailing list).

BTW, I have yet another crash inside of Enhydra, this time in
StandardSessionManager.passivateSession:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at
com.lutris.appserver.server.session.StandardSessionManager.passivateSession
at com.lutris.appserver.server.StandardApplication.requestPostProcessor

This is after running Enhydra.getSessionManager().shutdown() from within
my presentation object.

I am obviously trying to stop the application - if running
SessionManager.shutdown() is the correct way it shouldn't crash with
NPE..
