XMLC 2.2.7 is out

I'm happy to announce the release of XMLC-2.2.7.  Lots of important 
changes.  Read on...


- Fixed issue with resolving SSI's when using deferred parsing/dynamic loading

- Fixed getElementById(String) implementations in WMLDocumentImpl and
VoiceXMLDocumentImpl

- Fixed getElementsByTagName(String) in the XHTML DOM, changes suggested by
David Parry

- Fixed XHTML boolean attribute methods always returned false for any 
values but
"y", "yes", and "true"

- New option to use ASM 2.x for deferred parsing/dynamic loading rather than
BCEL (ASM2 used in preference when both are on classpath), fixed some 
bugginess
in BCEL dynamic loading

- Added ability to specify a custom set of attributes to apply URL rewriting
upon in OutputOptions

- Applied patch to XMLCContext provided by Preston L. Bannister

- Updated javadoc in XMLCContext providing better info on usage

- Added WML1.2 and WML1.3 DTD's

- Allow for the supression of getElementXXX() methods from options.xmlc 
metadata
if desired and better support for defining preferred return types on optional
getTagXXX() methods

- lots of general cleanup
