XMLC 2.2.8.1 is out

Turns out there was a nuance that I missed with the enhanced encoding detection feature in XMLC-2.2.8. It would have affected those using the Layzdom (which is what is used if it isn't specified in the metadata) where deferred parsing is *not* enabled. I've corrected the problem and re-released as 2.2.8.1. Sorry for the trouble! In any case, if you used 2.2.8, you should immediately upgrade to 2.2.8.1.
