I still can't quite understand the advantages of this structure. I 
myself am going to drop business and data layers and use just the 
presentation layer for my complete application. I don't see the need of 
three separate layers with separate ant builds and all that stuff.

It's a lot more complicated than with good old JBuilder and Enhydra 5.x, 
to say the least.
