XAPool License

Hello, we are using XAPool 1.5 in one of our Open Source projects which is 
licensed under the ECL:

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/ecl1.php

We had to apply one of the patches to it in order to fix a bug in XAPool (bug 
number 303462 as submitted to the Objectweb Forge site).

According to our lawyers, under the terms of the LGPL we are not allowed to 
redistribute the modified version of XAPool unless we get permission from 
you.  Would you be willing to give us permission to distribute the patched 
version of XAPool with our software?  Our software is called Kuali Enterprise 
Workflow and our webpage can be found here:
