Shark, real open source?

Hi

I would like to get some experience in human BPM based on XPDL.

With great joy I found enhydra shark through the Internet.
By using it I alwayse get every few minutes a together banner which  
disappears only after 10 seconds.

On your homepage you claim that enhydra is open source, how can I get  
rid of this very boring banner?
