The "ListDefinitionsRs" delivered by an engine contains "DefinitionKey"
elements. The content of these elements are URLs that must be used as
"ReceiverKey" by JaWE in subsequent requests referring to a particular
definition. If the URL contains an ampersand (e.g.
"http://engine/Factory?PackageId=test&ProcessId=test") then the
ampersand must be escaped ("&") when the URL is used in the
ReceiverKey element (e.g.
JaWE does not escape the ampersand in the URL and thus issues a request
that cannot be parsed by the engine (as it is not valid XML).
