Second ObjectWeb V2 Workshop Invitation

Dear All,

Building on the success of the ObjectWeb V2 Inaugural Workshop held in
July, we are pleased to invite you to attend the Second ObjectWeb V2
Workshop to be held in Brussels on October 2-3.

An essential step in the building of ObjectWeb V2, this workshop will be
the launch pad for the six Initiatives decided in July:
- ESB Initiative
- Telco Initiative
- E-Government Initiative
- BI Initiative
- Embedded Software Initiative
- NESSI Initiative

A number of ObjectWeb events will take place in Brussels over three days:

- Monday October 2
evening: dinner, all attendees welcome.

- Tuesday October 3
all day: Second ObjectWeb V2 Workshop. Location: European Commission.
Session topics include: Initiatives - presentations and discussion, Local
Chapter - role and definition, Report on ObjectWeb?s mission to China,
Consortium resources evaluation, ObjectWeb V2 short-term roadmap -
recruitment of members, communication and launch plan.

- Wednesday October 4
morning: the European Commission has decided to combine a half-day
QualiPSo meeting with our workshop;
afternoon: ObjectWeb Board of Directors meeting.

ObjectWeb V2 is on the move! Come and join us in Brussels:
- to hear about and discuss ObjectWeb V2 in the making,
- to make your stand on issues that matter to you,
- to be part of the action.
