As far as I can see, you don't use "standard" configure && make
procedure. Can you please verify if this works:

$ sh configure -jdkhome $JAVA_HOME && make

Then either use default procedure, or append
-DDODS_HOME=/opt/advance/bpm/shark-1.0/util/dods to your ant call. See
Makefile generated by configure.
If configure && make fails, please post data about your environment (OS,
JDK,...) we'll try to solve it. AFAIK Shark builds on various Linux
distros, WinXX, and AIX.

There are no global parameters, as we thought to build everything, but
there are modules/*/submodules.sequence files containing list of
submodules, and similarly file input/modules.sequence contains list of

build.xml files, that's exactly what you need now.
