: web template : input and output parameters : activity

Good morning;

If anyone may explain, i'll be grateful.
I've got an interactive activity (start and finish mode are manual).
This activity should first display its own www template and after that execute an application (simple procedure e.g : execute method of Command object) WWW teplate execution and procedure should be defined within one process node.
<Application Id="..">
   <Description></Description>
   <FormalParameters>
       <FormalParameter Id="param1" Mode="IN">
           <DataType>
               <BasicType Type="STRING"/>
           </DataType>
           <Description></Description>
       </FormalParameter>
       <FormalParameter Id="param2" Mode="OUT">
            <DataType>
               <BasicType Type="STRING"/>
           </DataType>
           <Description></Description>
       </FormalParameter>
</FormalParameters>
</Application>
How the referring WWW template should be defined within this application definition ?
What is the way an activity calls or display its WWW template ?

Whay about IN and OUT parameters ?

As far i understand in case of interactive activities: IN params comes from a WWW template and overwrites business process DATA FIELDS then are passed to a procedure. OUT params that comes from an application (procedure) overwrites business process DATA FIELDS. ?

In case of non-interactive automatic activities IN params are copied from business process DATA FIELDS.
Out params overwrite business process DATA FIELDS ?

Please answer if you don't mind
