Binding: BTW - DTDBinder

BTW, I'm going to use Mark Wutka's DTDParser package, which is LGPL, for DTD
parsing. Since there isn't anything (including JDOM) which parses a schema
and creates a Java representation (like ComplexType, BaseType, etc), then
we'll do it like in SchemaMapper, where the document is parsed like normal
old XML and deciphered. I'd love to see a set of java objects created from a
Schema using JDOM though, which would add one more nice level of abstraction
and decoupling...
